Hundreds of food industry leaders, investors, and innovators will gather in San Francisco for the Future Food-Tech conference held March 22-23. Hosted by Rethink Events, the two-day summit will explore the evolving landscape of alternative proteins, personalized nutrition, supply chain transparency, food waste reduction, and more.
More than 40 presenters at Future Food-Tech will include Neil Grimmer of Habit, Alison Grantham of Blue Apron, Josh Tetrick of JUST (formerly Hampton Creek), Patrick Brown of Impossible Foods, and Uma Valeti of Memphis Meats.
Participants will learn the latest on such topics as the role of data and artificial intelligence in food, cellular agriculture, the application of blockchain technology in the supply chain, and food formulations targeting the microbiome.
