Frédéric Duvauchelle has been named General Manager & President of Puratos Corporation, USA. Frédéric’s official assignment begins on January 1, 2013.
Over the past three years as General Manager of Puratos Chocolate USA in Kenosha, WI, Duvauchelle and his team have created a very efficient, safe and quality-focused operation, achieving SQF certification.
Before transitioning to the Puratos US team, Duvauchelle worked for Puratos Group in Brussels, Belgium, as Business Unit Director for Patisserie Mixes, where he was one of the driving forces of innovation and growth of this category worldwide.
Current Puratos USA President Karel Zimmermann will fully transition to his role as Regional Director of North America, focusing on business growth in the United States, Canada and Mexico.
