Earlier this week, Insomnia Cookies dropped a surprise collection to satisfy its fans’ late-night cravings and kick off a month-long NightMode happy hour deal.
Available for a limited time only, the drop features a variety of special cookies including a Cranberry White Chocolate Classic cookie and a Midnight Classic cookie. Customers can get the following in-store, for local delivery and via nationwide shipping until Monday, November 6, or while supplies last:
- Carrot Cake Classic – Classic dough with notes of cinnamon, carrots and mixed with cream cheese chips
- Cranberry White Chocolate Classic – Soft, buttery vanilla dough with white chocolate chunks and cranberries
- Speculoos Classic – Cookie-butter-inspired cookie dough with cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and clove
- Midnight Classic – Dark chocolate dough with white chocolate chips and galaxy-inspired sprinkles
The late-night bakery chain is also kicking off its NightMode happy hour, where customers who purchase 3 Classic cookies in-store, will get 1 free every Monday through Wednesday from 10 pm until close.
