Milk Bar, the iconic dessert company founded by Christina Tosi, has announced the return of fan favorites for Valentine’s Day. Coming back to the menu for a limited time only, in-store and online, are the 4-inch Mini Black & White Cake and the popular Red Velvet Cheesecake Cake.

Milk Bar turned the classic Black & White cookie into a shareable cake for two with its Mini Black & White Cake. It alternates layers of chocolate and vanilla cake sandwiched between cookies and cream frosting, shortbread crumbs and is decorated with the iconic black & white cookie pattern.

The cake is available online in the bundle The Match Made in (Dessert) Heaven, which features a dozen assorted cake truffles in a brand new giftable box alongside the limited-edition cake.

The bakery’s Red Velvet Cheesecake Cake features layers of double chocolate red velvet cake and frosting, cheesecake filling, and red velvet crumbs. The red velvet flavor is also available in its Red Velvet Cheesecake Truffles. Each bite of these truffles is filled with chocolate cake, chocolate chips, cream cheese, and coated in barely-there chocolate shell and rolled in red velvet crumbs.

Milk Bar has also announced the debut of brown butter products at the bakery, including Brown Butter Cookie Soft Serve, Brown Butter Chocolate Chip Crunchy Cookie Sundae and Brown Butter Chocolate Chip Crunchy Cookie Shake.
