In it, the fruit solutions offered by Les vergers Boiron will shine, as the link between the farmed earth and the inspiration of professionals. The brand’s pastry chefs and mixologists will be delighted to introduce their delectable creations made from ambient and frozen fruit purees: a multitude of applications such as verrines, petit fours, cocktails or sorbets, etc.
Driven to lend its know-how to chefs and mixologists the world over, Les vergers Boiron are committed to continually developing new and exceptional fruit solutions. This time around, they will be unveiling a preview of the four latest additions to their range of ambient fruit purees with no added sugar. Joining the nine flavors already available will be Tropical Fruits, Red Berries, Blackcurrant, and Blueberry.
Professionals will also have the chance to have their first taste of the latest frozen innovations: Occitanie Quince and Cléry Strawberry.
