TOUS les JOURS, a French-Asian bakery café chain with nearly 100 locations in the US, was recently named to Franchise Times’ Annual Top 500 Franchises Report, marking the brand’s first time occupying a spot on the prestigious list.

The report is an exclusive annual ranking of the 500 largest US-based franchise systems by global systemwide sales. TOUS les JOURS debuted on the list at #122.

“2022 has been a landmark year for TOUS les JOURS, and this recognition from Franchise Times underscores our tremendous growth story, which is one that continues to be written,” says Tony Ahn, chief executive officer of TOUS les JOURS. “Our proud debut on this list is a testament to our dedicated franchisees, who are the foundation of the brand’s success, and we look forward to climbing the ranks in the coming years as our expansion in the US continues.”

TOUS les JOURS has experienced considerable franchise growth this year, expanding to 80 total stores, including first-time cafes in Connecticut, Pennsylvania and Nebraska. With over 50 development agreements signed so far in 2022, the brand expects to soon open its 100th US location.

The chain continues to see its popularity grow with the introduction of dozens of new menu items, plus the expansion of its coffee program, led by award-winning in-house Beverage R&D specialist Alexandra Hager, who earlier this year earned the top spot in the “US Coffee in Good Spirits” category at the US Coffee Championships, the coffee community’s largest annual competition.
