Earlier this year, Magnolia Bakery introduced its Banana Pudding Cookies. Each cookie is packed with white chocolate chips, mashed bananas, crushed vanilla wafers and Magnolia’s Banana Pudding mix.
“I wanted a real banana flavor to shine through,” says chief executive officer and chief baking officer Bobbie Lloyd, who spent six months perfecting the recipe.
