In partnership with UberEats, Starbucks has rolled out its Starbucks Delivers program to 33 new U.S. markets, including Austin, Baltimore, Charleston, Cleveland, Detroit, Las Vegas, Pittsburgh, Memphis, Nashville, New Orleans, Portland, Raleigh-Durham, San Antonio, Tampa-St. Pete, and more.
This brings the company’s total delivery coverage to 49 markets across 29 states, with plans to expand to nearly every state in the coming months. Starbucks has rapidly expanded its delivery program to new U.S. markets since an initial test in Miami less than 18 months ago.
The Uber Eats platform allows customers to track progress of their order and location of their courier. Nearly all core food and beverage items and several seasonal beverages are available from the Starbucks menu, so customers are able to customize their orders similar to how they would when ordering on the Starbucks Mobile App.
In addition to the U.S., Starbucks has launched delivery programs in more than 15 global markets, including Canada, Chile, China, Colombia, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, Mexico, Singapore, the U.K., and Vietnam.
