Blue Stilton, a blue cheese with origins dating back to the 18th century, is known for its sharp and tangy flavor. Salem Baking uses Stilton exclusively from Long Clawson Dairy in Leicestershire, England, one of only six dairies in the world licensed to make Blue Stilton Cheese. The cheese is made from pasteurized, locally produced milk and is aged for approximately nine weeks. Each wheel of cheese is graded before it leaves the dairy, and any cheese that is not up to the European Commission’s quality standards is not allowed to bear the Stilton name.

Made with more than 40% real cheese, Salem Baking Company’s Blue Stilton Cheese Straws and Biscuits are baked with wheat flour, pure cream butter, and a hint of garlic and spices for a savory and sophisticated flavor that elevates any appetizer, meal or snack.
