The third Princi bakery from Starbucks will soon make its debut in New York City. Following the first two locations in Seattle and Chicago, Princi NYC will feature fresh baking on-site, with a full menu of artisanal baked goods.

Breads, focaccia sandwiches, pizza, hot entrees, Italian cakes, tarts, and other desserts will be served throughout the day at the bakery. These food items join a robust beverage menu, complete with Starbucks Reserve Princi Blend coffee and craft beverages made with a variety of brewing methods, including Black Eagle manual espresso, Clover X brewing, and Nitro Cold Brew taps.

Later in each day, Bar Mixato will offer traditional Italian wine and beer, as well as spirits and cocktails. In the evening, those beverages are accompanied by complimentary small plates.

One of the most noticeable features of the new store is its design. Taking inspiration from Princi’s original Milan bakery, the Starbucks store design team used natural materials and earth-colored stone. Other key elements of the store’s design include hand-blown glass light fixtures, a twenty-foot curated wall displaying an array of colorful ingredients, and a twenty-foot communal table promoting a Milan-inspired experience of community and togetherness.

Starbucks opened its first New York City store nearly 25 years ago in 1993. Since that time, it has brought additional new store concepts to the city, and this latest one is sure to satisfy those looking for artisanal baked goods.
