Combine 2 Lbs. 8 oz. Westco Extra Rich White Cake Mix, ¾ oz. cocoa and 10 oz. water. Mix 1 minute on low speed, then 2 minutes on medium.
Add 8 oz. water. Scrape down and mix 2 minutes on medium.
Add 10 oz. buttermilk and 6 oz. BakeSense Premium Salad Oil. Scrape down and mix 2 minutes on low.
Deposit 2 oz. of batter into paper lined cupcake tins.
Bake at 325-360°F for 15-20 minutes depending on your oven type. Let the cupcakes cool down.
Fill a pastry bag with a large star shaped tip with Westco Vanilla Buttercrème Icing RTU. Once the cupcakes have completely cooled down, pipe some Westco Vanilla Buttercrème Icing RTU on the top of each cupcake. Garnish with Sprinkelina Green Sprinkles and foil wrapped chocolate coins.
