10 lbs. Baker’s Request™ White Cake Mix  
2 lbs. Brown Sugar     
4 lbs. 8 oz. Peanut Butter     
2 lbs. Whole Eggs     
1 lb. 3 oz. Vegetable Oil     
1 lb. 12 oz. Water       
3 lbs. Chocolate Chips     
4 lbs. Dawn Spred ‘N Gloss™ Icing   
2 lbs.
Ground Peanuts (optional) 


Combine first five ingredients in a mixing bowl. Mix for 1 minute in low speed. Add chocolate chips and water, scrape bowl and mix 2 minutes in 2nd speed on a 3-speed mixer.

Spread 3 lb. 8 oz. batter evenly in a greased ½ sheet pan. Bake at 360° F, revolving tray oven, 340° F. rack oven for approximately 30-35 minutes. Bars should bake golden brown.

Spread Spred ‘N Gloss™ Icing over cooled bars and sprinkle with ground peanuts. Let icing set prior to cutting bars.
