Beat the butter or margarine until it's light and fluffy. Add salt, eggs, and water or milk, beat until mixed in, add flour and mix for about 2-3 minutes.
Gather all of the dough and form into a cube, on a floured surface roll it out until it's about 1 cm. thick, fold in half and then in half again. Roll it out again until it's 1 cm. thick and fold it the same way again.
