This one-of-a-kind from-scratch bakery has been welcoming families and friends to Wolfeboro, New Hampshire for more than 70 years.
Yum Yum Shop has been baking from scratch ever since Grandma Lotte Kelly established her shop in 1948. The bakery still makes her famous frosted and sugar-sanded Gingerbread cookies, as well as donuts, bread, pies, and custom cakes every day.
Owner Amanda Michael, who named her place after daughter Jane, opened her first San Francisco location in 2011, starting with pastries, breakfast and lunch items. A second store followed in 2013. Then came their “bursting at the seams” moment.
