Brill Brilliant Blue     

Brill Old Fashioned Buttercreme

Mylar 3-d ribbon burst

Argyle edible image paper cut to size

Instructions

Using tip # 10 pipe teardrop shapes inward with Brilliant Blue.

Next with a #10 tip and Old fashion  Buttercreme  pipe shorter teardrop shapes on top of  the blue.

Place the Mylar decoration on the cupcake top.

Add the edible image strip around the side edge of the cupcake.
