Brill Chocolate Ready Ice

Brill Premium Buttercream

Brill RTU Marshmallow Crème

Graham Crackers

Graham Cracker meal or crumbs

Small Marshmallows

 

Instructions

Place a 8” layer cake on the board and ice with 2 parts White Buttercream 1 part marshmallow crème icing mixture.

Immediately crumb the sides of the cake with the graham cracker meal or crumbs, the icing will dry otherwise and the crumbs won’t adhere to the cake.

Fill a decorating bag with Chocolate Ready Ice and place a #22 star tip on the coupler.

Pipe a shell border around the top edge of the cake.

Garnish with the mini marshmallows and graham crackers and drizzle with melted Choc. Ready Ice.
