2. Ice the cake in yellow icing.
3. Pipe a top and bottom beaded border in yellow with a #8 plain round tube.
4. Pipe a swag decoration around the sides of the cake with a #5 plain round tube and blue icing.
5. Apply Monster Assortment and School Assortment Dec-Ons® decorations to the top of the cake as shown.
6. With a #5 tube and red icing, pipe ”TEACHER’S PETS!” above and below the monsters.
