5 Lb Mini-marshmallows
1 Lb Butter 
2 Lb American Almond® Roasted Almond Butter 
3 Lb Puffed rice cereal 
8 Oz American Almond® Roasted Sliced Natural Almonds 


Heat the marshmallows and butter in a heavy pan over low heat.  Stir occasionally to help the mixture melt. Add the American Almond® Roasted Almond Butter and stir until it is well blended.

Remove the pan from the heat.  Fold in the puffed rice cereal stirring until the cereal is well coated with the almond butter mixture.

Scrape the mixture into a greased and parchment-lined sheet pan.  Spread and smooth it with a buttered spatula.  Sprinkle the surface with the American Almond® Roasted Sliced Natural Almonds.

Cool completely then cut into bars.

Finishing Ideas

Drizzle melted chocolate over the cooled mixture.  Allow the chocolate to set then cut into bars.
