According to Eater Nashville, NYC-based DŌ Cookie Dough Confections may be looking at Nashville, Tennessee for its next big opening.

 

The online food resource claims that an Internet tipster shared news that thecreated dozens of Instagram accounts and web addresses for various city locations, from Houston, San Francisco, Boston, to Miami. rising cookie dough bakery may be eyeing spaces for a bakery. An Instagram page was recently created for Dō Nashville, and a web domain for www.cookiedonashville.com has been purchased and registered to DŌ owner Kristen Tomlan.

DŌ Cookie Dough Confections is a recent phenomenon, opening in New York City’s Greenwich Village back in January 2017. The cookie dough bakery is part of a larger trend of cookie dough bakeries across the country.

The bakery serves cookie dough in a variety of flavors, such as salted caramel, peanut butter, birthday cake, and much more. Raw cookie dough is safe to eat in this form because it is made with heat-treated flour and pasteurized eggs.

Nashville may be the latest city to enjoy the cookie dough creations that New York City has been home to for the first half of 2017.
