Au Bon Pain launches holiday season menu

On Tuesday, November 7, bakery café chain Au Bon Pain announced the debut of its seasonal menu that captures the holiday spirit.

The most notable addition to the Au Bon Pain menu is The Holiday Gobbler. This sandwich combines all the classic Thanksgiving foods into one. It features sliced whole turkey breast, stuffing with onions and celery, cranberry apple chutney, and rich turkey gravy on toasted country white bread.

Other savory and sweet menu additions include:

  • French Toast Omelet Sandwich – An omelet (featuring parsley, chives, smoked paprika, and roasted onions) and turkey sausage on a French toast bagel with maple cream cheese.
  • Roasted Poblano Chicken Stew – Diced white meat chicken, crushed tomatillos, roasted poblano chile peppers, jalapeño peppers, white hominy, tomatoes, celery, onions, and carrots in a savory chicken broth.
  • Butter Pecan Latte – Rich espresso blended with natural buttery pecan flavors.

The bakery café will have plenty of holiday treats on hand, including shortbread tree cookies, gingerbread cookies, raspberry-filled  strudel, pecan meltaways, and cranberry crunch & honey parfaits.

The holiday menu is available through January 8 at participating Au Bon Pain locations.
