King Arthur Flour has hired Nathan Hildebrandt of Beaver Dam, WI, as the dedicated Sales Manager for its bakery and foodservice customers in the Midwest. An experienced baker, Hildebrandt spent nearly 10 years baking breads, pastries, and more in restaurants and bakeries in the Midwest before moving into sales for Karp’s Bakery Supplies (now BakeMark USA).

"If I’m going to sell something, I have to believe in the product. People say King Arthur Flour and it goes hand-in-hand with quality," Hildebrandt says. "I enjoy learning from the customers I work with. Their passion for food and quality ingredients inspires me."
