Cream Bakery is a family-run, woman-owned bakery that makes decadent handmade brownies, blondies, and dessert bars.

The bakery launched in 2015 in Executive Pastry Chef Despina Kontomanolis' home kitchen. What started out as a side hobby to create quality desserts made from the best ingredients for friends and family, turned into a business, first serving local businesses, family and friend events and more. Word of mouth turned her one-of-a-kind treats into sought after desserts across the nation.

Despina and the Cream Bakery team have perfected their best sellers and turned them into her online bakery (all homemade and small batches shipped nationwide). During the pandemic, the bakery began shipping boxes of their products to friends and family (this was our way of sending our love with sweets in a time when everyone was home). They recently launched their online orders with a complete new rebrand to accommodate the change and affect the pandemic has had on small, local restaurants and businesses.

Despina started her business with her brother, Michael. And the two have grown together as siblings and best friends to create a traditional mom and pop shop bakery fit for the modern world of e-commerce.

Cream Bakery uses real ingredients and uses the finest Belgian chocolate made from traceable cocoa beans. The result is local-bakery quality, available across the country.

Cream prides itself on creating indulgent, flavorful, and ingredient-conscious delights. Their "bestsellers box" includes soft-baked vanilla cake bars with a tart swirl of fresh raspberry, rich brownies with decadent chocolate, cookie bars with soft crumbled chocolate sandwich cookies & white chocolate folded in, and dark brown sugar blondies with chocolate morsels.

All of the bakery's bars are handmade daily in New Jersey and individually wrapped to stay fresh and ship anywhere in the US, making it a perfect gift for any occasion, especially the holidays.
