The International Baking Industry Exposition is fast approaching. The Western Hemisphere’s largest baking industry event is expected to be bigger than ever, with a wide variety of can’t-miss events and features.
An enlarged expo floor plan will host more than 1,000 exhibitors showcasing the latest in automation/technology, ingredients, and industry trends across the vertical supply chain for every role and every segment of the grain-based food industry.
Owner Amanda Michael, who named her place after daughter Jane, opened her first San Francisco location in 2011, starting with pastries, breakfast and lunch items. A second store followed in 2013. Then came their “bursting at the seams” moment.
