Extraordinary pie maker and food blogger Jessica Leigh Clark-Bojin celebrates pies in unique ways. Some of her headline-making pies have featured glow-in-the-dark crusts, "pie-scraper" structures, and detailed portraits.
To celebrate the Christmas season, which also happens to be a part of pie season, Clark-Bojin (whose blog is called Pies Are Awesome) has put together what she cleverly refers to as the "12 Days of Crustmas." She provides tutorials on how to make some of her pies, and more of them will be posted in the near future for those interested in trying out her techniques.
