Since launching in 2006, the Hall of Fame has recognized individuals from various facets of the baking industry, including bakeries, allied equipment and ingredient suppliers, schools, service organizations and publishers.
Gone are the days when restaurant guests feel they should call ahead to inquire if there is a vegetarian option. Now, they expect entire menus devoted to vegan and vegetarian-centric dishes.
