Instructions

Cut ¼ sheet cake into a long style 1/8 sheet.

Ice 1/8 sheet on a ¼ sheet board on the back half of the board, with Vanilla Light N Fluffy.

With a #18 tip pipe the base and top borders in Brilliant blue.

Place 10 cupcakes on the side of the cake.

Using cupcake tip , ice cupcakes with Red and Brilliant Blue icings.

Place plastic decorations on cupcakes and cake.
