Instructions

Ice cookie with Salted Caramel Buttercreme Icing.

Using # 4, decorating tip, pipe zigzag border, scrolls, dots and a central rosette with  Double Dutch Icing.

Place Caramel candy and Chocolate striped sticks on the cookie.

Sprinkle with Coarse salt.
