Brill True Pink Decorating Icing
Cut a Strawberry Half Sheet Cake as shown on the “cutting guide.”
Base ice the 3 layers using an EZ Ice tip and Strawberry Buttercreme.
Use a bowl scraper to smooth the sides and top of the cake.
A #4 tip & True Pink Decorating Icing are used to pipe a lacey heart on to the cake.
The same #4 tip and icing are used to pipe dots around the top of the cake.
A #10 tip & True Pink Decorating Icing are used to pipe hearts in each corner.
The same #10 tip and icing are used to pipe a bottom bead border.
