Brill White Cupcakes   

Brill Brilliant Blue Icing     

Brill Decorating Black Icing

Extra Large Marshmallow (cut in half)

Diamond Shaped Sprinkles

 

Instructions

Using tip # 10 , ice cupcake with Brilliant Blue.

Place diamond shaped sprinkles around cupcake edge.

Next, Roll Large marshmallow by hand into a  cylinder shape.

Tie a small red ribbon around the center of the shape.

Using tip #2, draw scroll on the both ends with Black icing.

Place marshmallow on the top of cupcake.
