Brill White Half sheet cake un-iced

Brill Extra Smooth

Brill Brilliant Blue Icing

Brill Royal Blue Icing

Brill Lavender Icing

Instructions

Cut sheet cake into 4  pieces and place 1 on the board and ice it with the decorating lavender icing.

Using an icer tip ice 3 sides of the cake with it leaving one side with just the lavender icing, the cake should resemble a book.

Ice another cake with the royal blue icing and follow step 2.

Place the blue cake over the lavender cake as shown on the picture.

Write the subject on each book.
