1. Use food-safe acetate strips and shape them into cylinders the same size as chocolate mini cakes, or the same size as the circle cutter used to cut the cake layers.   Hold the acetate closed with a small piece of clear tape on the outside of the newly formed dessert cup.
  2. Fill the acetate dessert cup with layers of cake, mousse, fudge, etc. starting with a cake layer at the bottom.
  3. Top the dessert with a large dollop of chocolate mousse or buttercream and cover completely with crumbled cookies to look like dirt. 
  4. Use a #4 round tip to pipe on a bit of fudge at the very top, and add a zombie Dec-On.
