1. Prepare clear or flavored gelatin according to instructions, using food coloring to enhance color when necessary.

2. Prepare gelatinized condensed milk according to instructions (directions can be widely found on the internet). 


3. Alternate clear and opaque layers of gelatin, as shown. Chill until well set.

4. Arrange one Dec-Ons® decoration on the top of each dessert when gelatin is fully chilled. TIP: Apply Dec-Ons® relatively close to serving time; if left overnight, the sugars may dissolve within the liquid content of the gelatin.
