2. Base ice 6” double round Golden Yellow.
3. Insert four dowel rods into 8” cake. Insert through both cake layers and cut flush to cake.
4. Stack cakes as shown.
5. Airbrush stripes on bottom Royal Blue, as shown.
6. Using tip #12, pipe Red Red borders, as shown.
7. Using tip #8, pipe Golden Yellow border on top
8. Using tip #47, pipe Red Red railroad tracks as shown.
9. Using tip #7, pipe White tracks as shown.
10. Using tip #10, pipe Golden Yellow large dots. Smooth.
11. Place DecoSet® items onto cake as shown.
