2. Base ice 6” double round Royal Blue.
3. Insert four dowel rods into 8” cake. Insert through both cake layers and cut flush to cake.
4. Stack cakes as shown.
5. Using tip #8, pipe Black borders and flagpole as shown.
6. Using tip #8, pipe Royal Blue border on top.
7. Using tip #1, pipe Black and White checkered flag as shown
8. Using tip #10, pipe White smoke on sides of cake as shown.
9. Lightly airbrush smoke Gray (Black).
10. Place DecoSet® items onto cake as shown.
11. Pipe inscription upon customer’s request.
