One of the biggest destinations for breakfast cereal lovers is Kellogg’s NYC Café in Times Square. The café’s cereal-based foods have taken breakfast innovation to a whole new level, and a new partnership will take it one step further.

Duff Goldman, celebrity pastry chef, owner of Charm City Cakes, and star of Ace of Cakes on Food Network, is teaming up with Kellogg’s for an exclusive dining experience for foodies. Goldman will take up residency in the Kellogg’s NYC Café kitchen on September 12 and 13, creating a full-course menu featuring appetizers, main dishes, and desserts that fuse Kellogg’s cereals with fall flavors like maple, apple, and cinnamon.

“When it comes to creativity, the sky is the limit when exploring exciting, new ways to play with Kellogg's cereal,” says Goldman. “It was so fun to get out of my comfort zone and discover the endless possibilities of cereal – hopefully my creations will inspire everyone to experiment in their own kitchens.”

The partnership has a great motive. All donations made during this “pay what you want” event will go to No Kid Hungry, a national campaign to end childhood hunger in America. Additionally, guests can purchase a special-edition cereal bowl designed by Goldman that will benefit No Kid Hungry.

Goldman's residency will take place at Kellogg's NYC Café on Wednesday, September 12 from 12:30-8:45 p.m. EST and Thursday, September 13 from 12:30-8:45 p.m. EST. Reservations can be made through OpenTable or the OpenTable app.
