Philadelphia’s Federal Donuts may have donuts in its name, but it is also known for its fried chicken. That is especially true on Friday, June 6, when it celebrates National Fried Chicken Day.
In honor of the special day, Federal Donuts has created a new sandwich for customers. The BBQ Fried Chicken Sandwich features a boneless fried chicken breast, a coffee-BBQ sauce using Federal Donuts' own java blend, summer slaw, and cheddar on Martin’s Famous Potato Rolls.
The sandwich will only be available from Friday, June 6 until Sunday, June 8. This limited-time offer can be found at all six Federal Donuts locations.
Also available at all six Federal Donuts locations through the weekend is a special donut known as the 1776. It’s a milk-glazed donut topped with patriotic sanding sugar in red, white, and blue colors, in honor of America’s birth week.
