New York City’s Black Seed Bagels, led by James Beard Outstanding Baker finalist Dianna Daoheung, is continuing with its goal of partnering with local chefs to create some truly astounding bagel offerings.

The latest effort comes from a collaboration with Daniel Humm of Eleven Madison Park. His New York City restaurant was voted the World’s Best Restaurant in 2017, and he looks to bring some of his clout to the bagel game.

Black Seed Bagels and Daniel Humm’s new bagel is known as the NoMad bagel, named after the neighborhood in which Black Seed Bagels is opening its newest location in the Ace Hotel this June. The item consists of a celery seed bagel, smoked sturgeon, pickled celery root, pickled shallots, and thinly sliced celery, and is finished with a black truffle cream cheese.

The NoMad bagel costs $16.50 and is available at all Black Seed Bagels locations during the month of June.
