New York City’s Squish Marshmallows has developed a sweet treat that looks to replicate a classic breakfast sandwich, at least in terms of looks.

The company’s new “B.E.C.” has the appearance of a bacon, egg, and cheese bagel sandwich, but in reality is much more than that. Three out of the four ingredients are sweet instead of savory.

The “egg” is made from vanilla marshmallow with a white chocolate yolk, the “bacon” is actually graham crackers, and those two ingredients are served on lemon and poppyseed muffins shaped like bagels and are grouped with a slice of real Colby-Jack cheese.

Squish Marshmallows creates other treats that taste nothing what they look like. One such item is an ice cream cone topped with a mound of marshmallow that looks like vanilla ice cream. The shop also has a marshmallow “donut”.
