Earlier this year, rapidly-expanding cupcake business Wicked Good Cupcakes announced that it had begun the process of launching food truck-based franchises. Now, the brand has revealed when its very first franchise cupcake truck will hit the road.

On June 22, Wicked Good Cupcakes will celebrate the grand opening of this truck in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Operated by Sandi Gratz-Bubb and daughter Amber Quinn-Elliott, the mobile business will sell the brand’s famous cupcake jars and more.

“We absolutely love being a Wicked Good Cupcakes franchisee!” says Sandi Gratz-Bubb. “Fort Wayne has welcomed us with open arms and everyone gets so excited when they see the truck pull up. We feel blessed that Fort Wayne, IN, was picked to have the first ever food truck of Wicked Good Cupcakes! What a complement to our city!”

Wicked Good Cupcakes was started in 2010 by mother and daughter Tracey Noonan and Dani Vilagie, who after appearing on ABC show Shark Tank, saw their business really take off. It now brings in millions of dollars in yearly sales, and the founders are excited to welcome their first franchisees to the growing business.

“We’re thrilled to have Amber and Sandi join our Wicked Good family. It’s exciting to see how well received they’ve been, but even more exciting to know that they’re two women with a dream who are absolutely killing it,” says Tracey Noonan.
