1. Turn the cake lengthwise. Start combing at the top left-hand corner of the cake.
2. On the left-hand side of the cake, comb downward halfway, as shown above.
3. Comb upward halfway, as shown.
4. Repeat Steps 3 and 4 until top of the cake has been completed.
