Join world champion bread baker Craig Ponsford in this two-day, hands-on exploration of whole grain breads. He will share techniques used in his own bakery to make products like Apple Pecan Bread, pretzels, challah, ciabatta, and baguettes with whole grain flour.
Oct 18-19 - Advanced Brioche Techniques, Boiceville, NY
Michael Rhoads of Bread Bakers Guild Team USA will teach you to make new and creative versions of traditional brioche products. Sweet and savory products will include Chocolate Hazelnut Brioche, Maple Apple Brioche, Almond Cream Bear Claws, and Herbed Parker House Rolls. Open to all skill levels.
