New York City’s The Doughnut Project has plenty of experience collaborating with alcoholic beverage companies. In the past, the shop has teamed up with Ruffino Wines, Angry Orchard Cider Company, and Fonseca Port on special alcohol-infused doughnuts.

Now, The Doughnut Project is working with specialty liqueur company Alizé Passion for its latest offering. The Alizé Pink doughnut features a coconut crème filling and is topped with an Alizé Pink liqueur and lime glaze, complete with a candied lime garnish.

Alizé Pink Passion is made with premium French vodka and an infusion of Passion Fruit, Lychee, and Strawberry Essence. It adds a unique flavor to the doughnut, which was created to celebrate the liqueur’s launch in the tri-state area.

On April 23, the first 50 customers to request one of these doughnuts at The Doughnut Project will receive one for free. For everyone else, the doughnut will be available from April 23-27 for $4.75.
