One of America’s biggest culinary names will be sharing his expertise in a new video series. Award-winning chef Thomas Keller of Bouchon Bakery will be teaching cooking techniques in his 36-lesson MasterClass course.
In the series, Keller will show how to master the fundamentals of cooking. Viewers will learn about handling kitchen tools, preparing foundational ingredients (like vegetables, eggs, and pasta), and the science behind cooking.
A downloadable workbook accompanies each class, featuring recipes, lesson recaps, and supplemental materials. Additionally, students can upload videos to get feedback from the class and possibly be critiqued by Keller.
The MasterClass course costs $90, but is also available for $180 as part of an all-access pass that features lessons from professionals such as Gordon Ramsay and Wolfgang Puck.
