The Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo has returned for another year to the Space City. Among the events that will take place during this nearly-three week extravaganza are the aforementioned rodeo, livestock show, concerts, a carnival, a barbeque contest, and so much more.

Houston’s own Three Brothers Bakery is celebrating the show’s return with special western-themed treats. The bakery is offering a collection of dipped decorated cookies that includes a boot, cowboy hat, and lasso design on three gingerbread cookies. The cookies are dipped in white chocolate and sugar sanded, then topped with decorated buttercream.

The bakery will also have a rodeo-themed petit four collection featuring those designs.

Finally, for those feeling their Texas state pride, there will be a cake featuring the state flag. These cakes are decorated with the Lone Star flag and come in a variety of flavors and fillings based on customizable options.

The Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo occurs from Tuesday, February 27 until Sunday, March 18. More information for the event can be found at its website.
