America’s largest cupcake franchise, Gigi’s Cupcakes, has updated its menu for the holiday season with new winter flavors that will be available from now until January 31.

Gigi’s Cupcakes, which was featured in our Twentyfive issue of innovative bakeries, generates over $35 million in annual cupcake sales thanks to the southern flare infused into each product. That includes its namesake cupcakes, as well as cheesecakes, cookies, and muffins.

The new winter flavors joining the menu include:

  • Chocolate Peanut Butter Pretzel—A rich dark chocolate cake filled with peanut butter cream and topped with chocolate peanut butter buttercream and crushed pretzels.
  • Caramel Brulee—Crème brulee cake stuffed with rich caramel cream and topped with a vanilla bean cream cheese frosting and caramelized sugar. This flavor is also available in gluten-friendly.
  • Peppermint Hot Chocolate—Gigi’s hot cocoa cake stuffed with a peppermint cream center and topped with a swirl of chocolate ganache and red and white sprinkles.

Also available this season are Winter Wedding, vanilla cake topped with buttercream and snowflakes, and the Jingle Box, an assortment of six vanilla and six devil’s food cupcakes festively decorated for the holiday season.

Following Christmas, Gigi’s will offer two limited edition cupcakes- Champagne, a champagne cake with champagne cream cheese frosting, and Top Hat, a devil’s food cake topped with buttercream icing and chocolate ganache.
