From Saturday, November 25, to Sunday, December 3, San Francisco’s top chocolatier will make its treats available to customers on the streets of New York City.

Dandelion Chocolate is set to open a pop-up shop on the city’s Ninth Avenue for a little over a week, offering goodies such as several varieties of hot chocolate, chocolate chip cookies, caneles, brownie flights, gingerbread tarts, and chocolate.

Also available at the pop-up will be the company’s famous s’mores, made with a housemade marshmallow, graham crackers, chocolate ganache, and sea salt.

Dandelion Chocolate is opening the pop-up to celebrate the launch of its new book, Making Chocolate: From Bean to Bar to S'more. This book claims to be the first ever complete guide to making chocolate from scratch. It covers techniques, technology, science, and mechanics behind chocolate-making. The book also comes complete with 30 recipes from the chocolate factory's kitchen.
