As trends and technology continue to change at a rapid pace, bakers race to stay relevant with consumers. Looking to provide the industry with knowledge and insights, Europain, being held February 3-6, 2018, in Paris, will showcase four days of debates, discussions and presentations at the Europain Forum.

A new addition to the tradeshow, the forum will bring together 80 French and international contributors to share their expertise with participants and present new models and solutions to answer manufacturing, sales or management issues.

“Europain is the major event for French and international professionals who are keen to discover the new trends and creativity with a French touch,” says Hubert Chiron, president of the International Association of French Bread and researcher for French National Institute for Agricultural Research. “The forum has enabled us to invite top figures in international bakery and experts in the field who will share their experience and exchange with the visitors.”

Each day, the program will be built around the three Europain sectors — manufacturing, sales and management— and their nine subcategories. The manufacturing category will focus on sourcing, allergens, special diets, ingredients, flavors and bread varieties. In the selling category, experts will discuss international issues, trends and new product offerings. The managing category will explore digital solutions and launch strategies.
