Among the attendees for the event, themed after “Alice In Wonderland”, will be James Beard Award Winner and Chef of The Year Francois Payard, Chef Celestino Drago, and Chef Juan Pablo Colubri. Also in attendance will be the famous Los Angeles Laker Girls, in support of St. Baldrick’s Foundation, which will benefit from the proceeds of the festival.
“We’ve been producing this event for 7 years now and there is nothing else like it. I’m honored to create such an entertaining and intimate setting for chocolate and pastry lovers to taste the newest dessert creations while meeting the talented chefs that make them,” says Alan Semsar, CEO of Barcelona Events, the company putting on the festival.
In addition to live music and the dessert samplings, the festival will feature vendors selling sweets and wines for guests to purchase. Tickets for the Los Angeles Chocolate Festival and Pastry Show range from $49 - $75 and can be purchased here.
