Sugar Factory Artisanal Doughnut and Coffee Bar is an 80-seat location that will feature pastries from longtime Miami pastry chef Max Santiago. Formerly of Miami’s famous The Salty Donut, the chef is now helping Sugar Factory bolster its doughnut lineup.
To kick off the new Sugar Factory opening, it’s partnering with Miami cookie cup company MdoughW for a special collaboration. Sugar Factory will stuff MdoughW’s Italian rainbow cake “Doughie” (a cookie dough-doughnut mash-up) with its raised rainbow brioche dough to create the Ultimate Rainbow Doughnut. It will then be covered in a cotton candy glaze and topped with a cotton candy cloud.
Sugar Factory is also known for its couture pops, decadent food menus, and its premium adult beverages including the signature 36-ounce alcohol-infused smoking candy goblets.
New Sugar Factory locations are planned for New York City, Chicago, Seattle, Foxwoods Resort, Dubai, and San Francisco.
