Cookies remain one of the top products at bakeries around the country because of their versatility. They make wonderful grab-and-go options that allow customers to indulge without feeling that they've gone overboard, or they can be purchased in larger quantities for events such as weddings, birthday parties, work parties, and more.

Summer is a great time for cookies, as customers are looking for things to snack on while enjoying the warm weather or are seeking out desserts for the numerous events that occur during the busy summer months.

Houston retail bakery Three Brothers Bakery encourages customers to create their own pairings of cookies and iced coffees. With an array of cookies and coffee flavors to choose from, including house made syrups like white chocolate mascarpone, salted caramel, or Saigon cinnamon, the choices are limitless.

The combinations can be classics, such as a chocolate chip cookie with a vanilla iced coffee, or a black and white cookie with an iced mocha. They can also be inventive: a green dinosaur sugar cookie with an almond iced coffee, or a signature gingerbread man with a salted caramel iced coffee. With the bakery’s regular and sugar-free options for both desserts and beverages, there’s a refreshing summer pairing for everyone.

As a popular Houston staple for several generations, Three Brothers Bakery wants Houstonians to try the tasty ways to take on the heat and create their own memory when making their pairing. The bakery’s sweet treat and iced drink combos are the perfect relief from the scorching Houston temperatures.

Earlier this year, the bakery found creative ways to honor several important groups in society with its cookies. In May, it rolled out themed-cookies for Teacher Appreciation Week (May 7-13), National Nurses Week (May 6-12), and Mother’s Day (May 14).

Teacher Appreciation Week featured classroom-themed dip decs decorated with chalkboards, apples, and pencils. National Nurses Week featured a "We Love Nurses” dip dec, decorated with a stethoscope and bright blue sanding sugar. Finally, Mother’s Day treats included festive dip decs and cakes with sayings like “Love you, mom” and “#1 Mom.”
